Risk Profile & Advising
We collaborate with you and your team(s) to develop a profile for your business and programs and highlight areas of greatest risk. Focus risk areas include:
Purpose: Is there a well-defined case for change and a plan in place for managing integrity throughout the implementation?
Sponsorship: Does the strategic initiative have sponsor(s) and prepared key leadership who understand their sponsor change role?
Teamwork: Is there synergistic teamwork that comes from key leaders, and their commitment is in place and behaviors are evident?
Culture: Does the organization’s culture align with the strategic change, and how will that alignment (or lack thereof) influence the chance for success?
Change Capability: Is the organization prepared to balance its capacity to absorb disruption with the change demands of this initiative?
Change Infrastructure: Does the organization have the resources necessary to help with the change?
Once the comprehensive Risk Profile is developed, we collaborate with you and your teams to determine solution(s) to mitigate change execution risks. We help assess and proactively address risk(s) for an individual initiative, a portfolio of change initiatives, or your overall capability to execute a change.
