In over 30 years of practice, Kathy has worked for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and businesses across the globe to help them achieve the intended results of their transformation initiatives. She has served as a strategic advisor, and program leader across diverse change efforts that involve mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation and culture change.

A dynamic speaker and educator, Ms. Hogan has addressed thousands of leaders in corporate settings and at conferences. She holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Michigan in Business, Communication, and Education. She also has certifications in Change Management, Instructional Design, and Project Management.
